As I've promised, I'm back.
So first thing's first: happy new year, I hope everything goes well for all of you...
I'm so busy right now, and I haven't been writing or drawing or basically making anything artsy at all lately... so I won't have any updates on my gallery anytime soon. But I do have some updates on my life, in case anyone's interested:

#1. I originally planned to go to Germany earlier this year, to catch the summer semester, but just a few days ago I'd figured out it isn't possible, so I'm staying here until August. I'm going to apply to Universities of Heidelberg, Freiburg, and Ulm. So wish me luck, and if you know anyone who lives/works/studies in any of these three towns, or anywhere in Baden-Wuerttemberg really, please please please let me know. Thanks.

#2. I have completed my A1, A2, and B1 courses and I've obtained my A1 and B1 certificates, so starting next Saturday I'm taking the B2 extensive course, which lasts until the 20th of March. That's right, I'm giving up my Saturday nights to learn German (the course starts at 2pm and ends at 7pm) and I'm going to give up the next weekdays to look for a job. I'll gladly take an online job, just in case any of you have anything for me to do and you can pay me with real money.

#3. During the Abschiedsparty in December I'd confessed to this guy that I like him. I knew he didn't like me, I just had to do it because I thought we'd never meet again. Well, guess what? He's going to be taking the same extensive course as I am... we're going to be classmates again... KILL ME!!!
P.S. His response? He nodded, smiled, said "Oh," shook my hand, and walked away.

#8. I watched Avatar 3D last Monday and it was amazingly awesome, except for the fact that the story is like Pocahontas, Tarzan, and Atlantis mixed into one.

#9. I finally have a fixed period! Gross, I know, but I'm so happy! I mean, finally, after 4 years!

#10. I love you guys and I miss you guys so much.

#11. I GOT MY LASIK SURGERY!!! Now I can see without glasses!

I need a break... I need to get in touch with reality. I have just been through a big drama (I don't wanna talk about it), I'm tired and I'm depressed, and I need a change. My ZD (Zertifikat-Deutsch) test is on the 15th, and I need to focus. This will be my last journal of this year. I also won't be checking my messages, so I'm sorry if I don't comment or fave any of your deviations. I love you guys...

1. You're out at someplace to eat on a date you've been looking forward to for a while. Several tables over, someone starts bad-mouthing you, thinking that you can't hear. What do you do?

Lacey: Nothing at the moment, but when they're about to leave I'll excuse myself and pass them by, just to give them a dirty look. All I want them to know is that I could hear them.

Autumn: I'd start thinking up several revenge plans, but I don't know if I'd really carry them out, eventually.

Ali: Anything can happen with a flick of my wand. *wink*

Summer: Give the waiter a big tip to drop glasses of lemonade on top of their heads.

Casey: I'd probably just write about them in my journal and cry about it before I go to sleep.

Lilith: Easy. I'd just meddle with their thoughts, and make them suffer mentally.



2. One morning, an eccentric traveling salesman shows up at your door. He claims to be selling something that will solve all of your problems or your greatest problems. What is he selling?

Lacey: A door that leads to another dimension? Or a genie who can grant my wish to never have existed? *sigh*

Autumn: A Time-Turner? You know, that magic hourglass thing from Harry Potter that can turn back time?

Ali: New spellbooks, maybe?

Summer: Oh, please. Nothing can't be solved with the right amount of money...

Casey: *gazes and starts daydreaming*

Lilith: Even if it's true, I wouldn't want it. People should really solve their own problems.



3. A world-renowned fortune teller has predicted your untimely demise. She is rarely known to be incorrect in her readings. She states that you will die within a month. What is your reaction?

Lacey: I think that's highly unlikely, but, whatever. If it's time, then it's time. Get what I'm saying?

Autumn: *shrugs* Just come what may...

Ali: No! No way! I'm not supposed to die yet! I haven't defeated Lilith! The prophecy said I'd live up to a thousand years!

Summer: That's bogus. Seriously, who believes in this kind of stuff?

Casey: I... don't know.

Lilith: The future is not written in the stone. I don't think I should worry.


4. You're at a bar with a group of your closest friends. You've had a bit to drink, but your pals think you are much more drunk than you actually are. - This gives you a chance to do something you would normally never do or say around them while you are "sober". What is it that you do or say?

Lacey: Tell them that I'm married to a ghost. Or kiss Dean Duane. *blush*

Autumn: Um... I dunno. Ask Malcolm to sleep with me?

Ali: I'd tell them the truth - that I'm a witch and my destiny is to compete with my own twin brother, Jeremy, to defeat the evil witch queen Lilith! It's such a burden to me, you know? And even worse because I can't share it with anyone! At least this way I could just tell everyone and they wouldn't believe me.

Summer: I never get drunk. Getting drunk is for losers.

Casey: I'm only 14 and I have no friends... I don't think this is likely to happen anytime soon...

Lilith: Cry.



5. If you could go back into your past and either undo or *do* something you regret doing or never doing, what would it be?

Lacey: Kill my 1-year-old self.

Autumn: Stop myself from posting everything to my blog...

Ali: I have no regrets.

Summer: Ditto. Regretting is for losers.

Casey: I have nothing to regret, I'm proud to say.

Lilith: I'd have stopped Joy from coming to save me... I should have been the one who's dead, not her!



6. In this question, we assume your character has access to the internet. You meet someone in a chat room who you quickly fall head over heels for. You love spending every minute with them, they share almost all of your interests, and you easily consider them to be everything you've been looking for in a boyfriend/girlfriend. Upon meeting them in real life, they turn out to be ugly as sin. Does this change the way you feel about them and do you continue to pursue a relationship with them?

Lacey: It would change the way I feel a little, but... I'll get over it. If they're really that nice, I wouldn't break up with them for anything.

Autumn: Same here.

Ali: Um... maybe. Yeah. I don't know... *bites lower lip*

Summer: Eww, of course not! That's so gross, and anyway dating someone online is for losers.

Casey: Maybe... *shrugs*

Lilith: I only love one person, and it's Rae.



7. You have been accused of a serious crime that you have not committed. What do you do?

Lacey: Deny. Hire a lawyer. If that doesn't work, lay low.

Autumn: Been there, done that. Go into hiding, of course!

Ali: Trick the judges into thinking otherwise.

Summer: Like I said, with the right amount of money, you can do anything. *wink*

Casey: I don't know...

Lilith: Show them the proof.

Autumn: Hang out with Max, of course. And write on my blog.

Ali: Bond with Jeremy.

Summer: Two words: Par-Tay! *jumps*

Casey: Sleep all day.

Lilith: Hang out with Rae or Minh, practice using my powers, do some research... pretty much everything I usually do on an average day, only without worry.



10. You owe someone a favor and to cash it in they have you babysit their baby for a full night. At 8PM the baby starts crying uncontrollably and shows no signs of stopping. What do you do?

Lacey: Pick the baby up and start singing.

Autumn: Ditto.

Ali: Conjure up some toys he or she can play with.

Summer: Put on my iPod and wait until the baby stops crying.

Casey: Try everything until it stops crying.

Lilith: Read its mind to find out what it wants.



11. You spend your entire life's savings on your dream home only to move in and find out that it is haunted by a very active and very malicious spirit. Not only does this ghost hate your guts, it likes to let you know that every once in a while. You have no money to move, and the house is near unsellable because of local rumors about the haunting. What do you do?

Lacey: Hello? I'm married to a ghost. My husband and his brothers will take care of that poltergeist.

Autumn: Try to make peace? I dunno... I'm scared of ghosts...

Ali: Let it know that I'm a very powerful witch.

Summer: No money? What do you mean no money? I have plenty of money! And anyway there's no such thing as ghosts! *rants*

Casey: Um... just live with it? No one ever really likes me.

Lilith: I'm Phantom. I'd scare the hell out of that ghost with my powers.



12. This one's for the men:
Two women of equal beauty and smokin' hottie hotness walk by on either side of you. One is brunette and the other blonde and both throw you a very inviting smile. Which chick turns your head?

13. For the ladies:
You're sitting at a bar and two different men want to buy you a drink. One of them is a pretty boy gentleman and the other a rugged badass. Both are equally hot. Who do you accept the drink from?

Lacey: The badass. I'm not interested in gentlemen.

Autumn: Umm... I don't know. Either way, if Max finds out, he'd beat the crap out of both of them.

Ali: The gentleman of course!

Summer: Both... and see if they'd fight for me.

Casey: Um... this is unlikely to happen... I don't know...

Lilith: Whoa. Neither. If Rae finds out, he'd kill them both. Literally.

Lacey: Well, I did attend high school, and I was voted Freakiest, alongside Dean Duane. *blush*

Autumn: Most Likely To Succeed for me. *wink*

Ali: Most School Spirit of course!

Casey: Um...

Lilith: What are you talking about? I'm in high school now, I don't think we have such votes...

Lacey: I don't know... I'm married to my soulmate anyway...

Ali: Um... I could always conjure up the Truth Potion and slip it in his drink. *wink*

Casey: I won't do anything I guess... only time will tell, right?

Lilith: I'm psychic, remember?

Lilith: I don't need that kind of thing. I've got my powers for it.
